Introduction:

Assalamu Aliakum (Peace be upon you) brothers & sisters,

When we starting to say about atheism, we should know about Deism & Agnosticism.

Deism : The belief that God exists and created the world but thereafter assumed no control over it or the lives of people.

Agnostic : One who thinks it is impossible to know whether there is a God or a future life, or anything beyond material phenomena.

There are two main reasons for somebody becoming atheist,

1. Some people are becoming atheists because of  they didn't get convincing answers for their doubts from their religions. And then they becoming deists, then Agnostic, then finally choosing atheism. Most of them ask to ignorant believers those who follows their religions blindly. If they want to get right answers they should ask to the scholars of the religion or make a research in scriptures. Then if they didn't get convincing answers, those scriptures may have been corrupted by people through ages, So they should look at other religious scripture to find which one is true and not corrupted. 

2. Some people are choosing atheism because of the laziness to find truth or leaving their religions for temporary worldly gains.

If atheism is taken to be a view, namely the view that there is no God, then atheists must shoulder their share of the burden of proof to support this view. But many atheists admit freely that they cannot sustain such a burden of proof. So they try to avoid their epistemic responsibility by re-defining atheism, so that it is no longer a view but just a psychological condition which as such makes no assertions. They are really closet agnostics who want to claim the mantle of atheism without shouldering its responsibilities. According to the studies majority of atheists are believing in super natural power, we call that as Allah (god).

Many atheists think that their atheism is the product of rational thinking. They use arguments such as “I don’t believe in God, I believe in science”, But Science does not create anything itself but rather it explains existing laws. Isaac Newton discovered the law of gravity, but he did not create gravity. Likewise, Albert Einstein discovered the relativity, but he did not create anything related to his theory, e.g. space and time. Therefore, science answers the question ‘what is this?’, but it does not answer the question ‘why does this exist?’ or ‘who made this?’. If they have no answers, they will say its came from nothing or by accident or happened millions years before. They are just following their own speculations.

“And they have thereof no knowledge. They follow not except assumption, and indeed, assumption avails not against the truth at all” (Quran 53:28)

A real creation is something made from nothing, without materials, substances, machines or equipment, is unique to Almighty God alone. Although humans may claim that they can create, in fact, they make, manufacture and fabricate, but they do not create. People merely manipulate and imitate what already exists, i.e. what was already created by Allah SWT and found in nature. For example, a table is made from wood coming from trees and held together with nails and screws made from metal. Therefore, a carpenter has manufactured it, but we cannot say that he created it because he had to use materials coming from earth.

Atheists need visible evidence of god to believe in him. That means they need to see him to believe. But that is a foolish argument because religions teach us life in this world is a test for us for the hereafter. So if we see him then the test does not have value. 

But there are a lot of proofs for god's existence. Every single things on the earth and the universe that shows his intelligence. We can see in our own body, that every parts of our body are arranged and designed very well and each one has its own purpose in our body. We can see with our eyes, we can smell with our nose, we can hear with our ears, we can taste with our tongue etc and every parts of our body are sending information to our brain. What an excellent design!!! And we can also see the fine tuned universe that shows the intelligent creator. even tilt of earth's axis affects season changes and allot of things are in the universe are showing accurate design. I can't explain every thing here because this post may become too long. And are you still saying it all came by accidently? then your way of thinking is really poor. If you still saying science discovered all of this, Yes it is. Science only discovered it but not created these things. Science is the study of creation of the creator. So there is no clash between established Science and Religions (especially Islam). 

Proof of God’s existence: 

There are countless proofs for God's existence, if you use your brain. One of the proofs of God's existence is our existence. The main reason for asking theses kind of stupid question is that they believing in science blindly. Science is very helpful for us but science will not create a single fly or life from nothing. So look around and think and study about every things around you then you can see the perfection in the creation. Nothing can create in perfect by accident.

“O people, an example is presented, so listen to it. Indeed, those you invoke besides Allah will never create [as much as] a fly, even if they gathered together for it…” (Quran 22:73)

“Indeed, Allah is not shy to present an example - that of a mosquito or what is smaller than it. And those who have believed know that it is the truth from their Lord. But as for those who disbelieve, they say, "What did Allah intend by this as an example?" He misleads many thereby and guides many thereby. And He misleads not except the defiantly disobedient,” (Quran 2:26)

“He (God) is the Originator of the heavens and the earth…” (Quran 6:101)

If we live in a world of cause and effect, there must be an original uncaused cause. We know that every needle must have its craftsman and owner. And as we know, every letter must be written by someone. Otherwise it wouldn't make any sense, right? Well, then how can it be that an extremely well-ordered human being has no ruler? Some people are ignoring the miracle of creation, They claim that the human came into existence by atoms that came together. They also say that a human is only a speaking animal. Isn't this absurd? People who claim that, don't even know which nonsenses they have to accept with the denying of creator. So this is why we will ask you a few questions in order to make you think more in detail about this topic. The human body consists of different parts, Like our hands and feet, or our inner organs. How is it possible then that blind atoms can create hands, feet and organs. Just think about it!! Atoms don't posses any knowledge about life conditions. But they should be able to create a human body that is viable? Really? How can the atoms of your eye create an eye that is able to see the sun, while they are not able to see the sun themselves? Are you saying that your ear atoms have created your ears, while they are not able to hear themselves? And the atoms of the tongue cannot taste, but they created the tongue? How should this all be possible? Come on, does that really make sense to you? Let’s keep going. We all know that atoms have no pattern, right? Then how were the atoms able to create organs which were designed so perfectly that you would think specific patterns were used for each one of them? The organs themselves are a miracle of creation. How can simple atoms place the organs, at the perfect places in our bodies? More than that, how can they even know the numbers of the organs that are essential for our bodies? All these activities are only possible with specific attributes, Like an eternal life, will, knowledge and an eternal might. And you give all these attributes to atoms, which don't even possess one of them? Really!!? 

"Were they created from nothing, or did they create themselves?" (Quran 52:35)

"We (God) will show them Our signs in the horizons and within themselves until it becomes clear to them that it is the truth." (Quran 41:53)

Allah says in the Quran, He will show us his signs from all around us and within our bodies. So if we look at the universes or our inner organs we can conclude that, there must be an intelligent power to create such things. Look at these videos that shows how our body parts works: (must watch)

I have only showed about working of 4 things but there are billions of things around us and many things within our selves. Do you think theses things are came to existence by chance? How can these things to be perfect and more complex without intelligence. I can't understand your logic!!!.

The science of modern cosmology states clearly that the origin of the whole universe was a cloud of smoke composed of highly dense and hot gases and particles. New stars are still formed from the remnants of that smoke. Since the universe had a start, it did not create itself thus it was created.

“Then He directed himself to the Heaven when it was smoke, and then said to it and to Earth: "Come willingly or by force" they said "We do come willingly"( Quran 41:11)

“Have those who disbelieved not considered that the heavens and the earth were a joined entity, then We separated them, and made from water every living thing?  Then will they not believe?” (Quran 21:30)

When we use reasons and analysis, it is impossible for the universe to come by chance or accident or coincident. This is because we are talking about vast universe with millions of galaxies that have been running in a precise  system for millions years. Galaxies with billions stars move in their paths in perfect balance. No collisions occur despite the fact that billions of stars move across each other’s paths. No collisions occur despite the fact that billions of stars move in their orbits in huge speeds that exceed the bounds of reason. 

The distance between the Earth and the Sun is precisely fixed for normal life on the Earth. If the Earth and the Sun were any closer, living beings would burn up. If they were any farther, living beings would freeze. And the distance between the Earth and the Moon is precisely fixed for normal life on the Earth. If the Earth and the Moon were any closer, the tides would increase and ocean waves would flood low-lying land and the temperature would increase to a dangerous level.  If they were even little closer, the Moon would collide with the Earth. The right attraction between the Earth and the Moon is essential for normal life on the Earth. Greater attraction would cause serious changes in the rotation of Earth around its own axis, in the ocean tides and in atmospheric conditions. Less attraction would cause serious climate changes.

Atmosphere layers play different roles in protecting the Earth. The atmosphere destroys meteors and prevents them from falling to the Earth. Meteors can destroy cities. The atmosphere filters harmful radiation too. Harmful ultraviolet radiation is filtered by the ozone layer in the stratosphere, infra-red radiation is filtered by water vapor in the troposphere and X-ray is filtered in the ionosphere. The magnetosphere layer called Van Allen Belts protects living beings from the harmful radiation, celestial bodies and particles coming from the Sun and other stars. The atmosphere allows useful light rays that are essential for living beings. Terrestrial radiation is trapped by the atmosphere to keep the earth warm. The atmosphere prevents the cold temperature, - 270 degree C, of the space. Can the chance put the whole universe in such magnificent order? The answer is absolutely no.

“And We made the sky a protective shield and they turn away from its sign” (Quran 21:32)

When we come down to the Earth we find it well established for living beings. All essential elements such as water, air, light, land etc. are found in amazingly equilibrium for plants, animals, and human to live and grow. Like the dogma of chance in the creation of the universe, again chance can not create such equilibrium among the creatures of the earth.

"Indeed, in the creation of the heavens and earth, and the alternation of the night and the day, and the great ships which sail through the sea with that which benefits people, and what Allah has sent down from the heavens of rain, giving life thereby to the earth after its lifelessness and dispersing therein every kind of moving creature, and His directing of the winds and the clouds controlled between the heaven and the earth, are signs for a people who use reason." (Quran 2:164)

 

Are all creatures came to existence through evolution? 

Simple answer is : I don't know and Allah knows best, but there is possibilities according to Quran.

“He is Allah , the Creator, the Inventor, The Evolver (al bari); to Him belong the best names. Whatever is in the heavens and earth is exalting Him. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.” (Quran 59:24)

Most of Atheists uses evolution theory to reject god's existence, But it is really a foolish idea came from their ignorance. It is believed that Charles Darwin was the first scientist who propounded evolutionary theory, However, many Greek and Muslim philosophers had discussed the concept of evolution in their writings centuries before Darwin. Here are some pre-Darwinian Muslim philosophers who have expressed their views on evolution : Al - Jahiz (776-869 A.D), Al-Farabi (870-950AD), Al-Mas'udi (d 957AD), Imam Raghib Isfahani (d 1108 A.D),  Ibn Miskawaih (d 1032 AD), Al-Biruni (973-1048 AD), Ibn Sina (980-1037 AD), Ibn Bajah (d.1138AD), Ibn Tufayl (1100-1186AD), Al-Khazini (1115-1130 AD), Ibn Rushd (1126-1198 A.D.), Maulana Jalal al-Din Rumi (1207-1273 A.D.) and Ibn-Khaldun (1332-1406AD) (for the details click here) . The fact is that, all of them including Darwin are believed in God. They were believes that there is god's power and intelligence behind all of this.

The key logical problem for the theory of evolution is the claim of randomness and purposelessness: the claim that things have evolved from an ancient cosmic soup by chance, and random factors such as mutation and climate conditions. But we can see that every single things in this world has it's own purpose. We believe that there are some changes within the species eg: People have different skin colors mainly because their melanocytes produce different amount and kinds of melanin based on their geographical climate and some other factors. Allah tells us He is Al-Bari (The Shaper or Evolver) and the Quran has set a precedent 14 centuries before modern science, explaining in simple and direct terms about his "creation" of animals and their various functions and then assures us it is He who has the Power over everything. This statement includes the fact Allah can if He Wills, reshape and alter his creation as He Chooses. There is clear evidence within many species of alteration and changes within the species. However, there is no concrete evidence to support a cross over in development from one type to another, such as reptiles turning into birds or alligators turning into cows. The statements made in Quran are quite clear when Allah tells us of having brought forth other life forms and then destroying or replacing them with others. 

However, The theory of Evolution is still a theory not a fact. And we can't say it is totally wrong or totally right. Because some side of this theory is seems to be controversial (click here to read : Facts vs. Interpretations: Understanding Islam & Evolution) and some are similar to Quranic teachings. If evolution is happened, That will be the will of Allah. 

Here are some Quran verses that indicate some parts of the theory.

Remember that Quran talks about creation of Adam and Eve (first human beings) from spiritual world but not told us how they came to earth. It may be miraculous appearance of them or may be other ways like  how Isa (as)(Jesus) came to earth. I am not sure and only Allah knows best. But I am not saying it blindly, This Quran verse that indicating something other than traditional understanding.

“Indeed, the example of Jesus in the sight of Allah is like that of Adam. He created him from dust, then said to him, “Be!” And he was!”(Quran 5:59)   

This verse talks about the similarities between Adam and Jesus. Anti-evolution muslims assert that this means that they were both created miraculously and instantly. Well, Jesus was not. Jesus developed as an Embryo, so Adam may have too. Jesus was born without a father but he had a mother, Adam may have too, perhaps the mother bearing Adam was non-human like and God caused a mutation to make Adam. That is of course how mutations occur, they occur before the fetus is formed. It doesn't mean Adam was became human purposelessly through different forms, It may be sudden changes from one creation to another by the will of Allah. May be because of that, There is no evidence for the link between Apes and Human. And What about the verse talks about Adam was created from dust? We all know that was from the spiritual world not in this world according to other verses in the Quran. Further into verse 3:59, when Allah said 'be' and it is, is most likely referring to genetic processes like a mutation. How could have Jesus been created without a father scientifically? (Click here to read: It is possible to fertilize an egg without sperm) Perhaps Allah has added genetic processes to the egg before it became a fetus to make Jesus, the same may be occurred to Adam.  Also take note that: The biggest similarity between Jesus and Adam (pbuh) though is that they were both prophets when they were born, So compared to the other prophets, like Muhammad (pbuh) who was told he was a prophet later in life, Jesus and Adam have the most similarity. 

“Say, "Travel through the land and observe how He began creation” (Quran 29:20)

This verse is a direct commandment to humans telling us to travel the Earth and observe how creation was brought forth. If Allah created every things instantly He can just say "observe how is his creations" but Allah is telling us to "observe how he began creation". The funny thing is Darwin unknowingly followed the commandment and has discovered how creation began, from his travels he published a revolutionary book titled “The Origin of Species”.

"Have those who disbelieved not considered that the heavens and the earth were a joined entity, and then We separated them and made from water every living thing? Then will they not believe?" (Quran 21:30)

This verse contain starting stage of both big bang theory and Evolution.

“And your Lord creates what He wills and chooses; not for them was the choice. Exalted is Allah and high above what they associate with Him.” (Quran 28:68)

The conjunction "and" indicates a connection between two related but different points. This verse differentiates Creation and Selection as two related points. The question we ask is why? Why is choose/select used in conjunction to the creation? It is a hint that creation and selection both occurred. So it indicate something like natural selection but it is actually not. Because next words refuting blind natural selection by saying "not for them was the choice". So this verse indicate that every changes happened by the will of Allah.

“God created you in diverse stages” (Quran 71:14)  

This verse could be talking about our personal creation in the wombs of our mothers and it could also be a reference of the creation of humanity in full.

“And when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I will make upon the earth a successive authority." They said, "Will You place upon it one who causes corruption therein and sheds blood, while we declare Your praise and sanctify You?" Allah said, "Indeed, I know that which you do not know." (Quran 2:30)

“O mankind, what has deceived you concerning your Lord, the Generous, Who created you, then proportioned you, and then balanced you; in whatever form He willed has He assembled you” (Quran 82: 6-9)

This verse is referring to the whole of mankind. It separates creation, proportioning and balancing into 3 separate categories implying a difference of steps and time in each. Then the verse tells us that we (mankind) have been assembled through the process of creation, proportioning and balancing  into a form that which Allah expected.

“If it were His will, He could destroy you, o mankind, and create another race; for He hath power this to do” (Quran 4:133)

“If He wills, He can do away with you and bring forth a new creation” (Quran 35:16)

“If God wills he can remove you and put in your place a new creation” (Quran 14:19)

“And if you turn away, He will replace you with another people; they will not be the likes of you” (Quran 47:38)

“If he wills, he can do away with you and give succession after you to whatever he wills, just as He produced you from the descendants of another people” (Quran 6.133)  

These above verses indicating that if Allah wills, he can make another creation from us.

“And Allah has caused you to grow from the earth a [progressive] growth” (Quran 71:17)

This verse indicate that organisms grew from the earth progressively.

“He created the heavens and earth in truth and formed you and perfected your forms; and to Him is the [final] destination.”(Quran 64:3)

“We have created them and strengthened their forms, and when We will, We can change their likenesses with [complete] alteration.” (Quran 76:28)

Here, Allah has given us stronger forms. He created us and made us better. And when he pleases, he will substitute us by a creation with a change! How did God strengthen human's make? Could it be through evolution? If this verse should be interpreted otherwise, then why does it not simply state, 'It is We who have created them in a strong make,' instead of implying two separate steps and a time lapse? The same argument pertains to one translation of the following verse: 'He...designed you and (time lapse) perfected your design...' (64:3)    

One question may arise in our mind : Why didn't the Quran just say we share a common ancestor with apes or anything else? 

Imagine the Quran literally just came out and said we actually share an ancestor with apes or something! Imagine the attacks Muhammad (pbuh) would have gotten.  Imagine Muhammad (pbuh) said that to the people back then! People would have called him 'unscientific' or 'idiotic' or 'deluded'. So the Quran has to only hint at evolution.  If the Quran made these claims directly, then people of 7th century belief would never accept it. Muhammad (pbuh) was getting laughed at in Mecca, Imagine he made even more absurd claims to them, like we came from ape-like humans or the Earth is round? Even the most open-minded people would call him an idiot.  Islam would never spread. Allah is all knowing and all-intelligent, he knows the most efficient thing to do is to have the Quran accept 7th century belief without contradicting reality. The Quran must support modern belief as well as 7th century belief. And neither side should contradict each other. This tells you that the author of the Quran is very knowledgeable about 7th century belief and modern belief and very intelligent. The Quran avoids certain words so it doesn't negatively affect 7th century belief and modern belief. It was written for all times and places. That is why the Quran seems to hint at things and never explicitly describe them.

Allah created and planned this universe on scientific laws; evolution may be one of them. Evolution means way more ingenious creator than a wizard who had to come to Earth and pull species one after another because he couldn't plan that from the beginning and you know very well that Allah is the best planner, evolution may be part of the plan from the beginning of creation of this universe. If Allah wills he can put every things instantly but it may not be good for us and other living things. Because every thing has it's own consciousness, so it may be difficult to live without family chain, supportive systems and so many other factors too. You can understand if you think. So if evolution happened it must be for the benefit for all creations of Allah. Allah knows best.

We can accept or reject the Evolution theory, But that is not our purpose of life. We are different from all other creation of Allah, Because we have unique intelligence than others. So use that intelligence to find your creator and submit to him.

How Allah communicate with us? 

“It is not fitting for a man that Allah should speak to him except by inspiration or from behind a veil or by the sending of a Messenger to reveal with Allah’s permission what Allah wills, for He is Most High Most Wise” (Quran 42: 51)

Life is a test (link for this topic is in the below section), if we can see unseen world then life in this world will not be a test. So Allah communicate with us through his revelation to his prophets and through scriptures (Quran is the final) given to them. Allah send messages through angel Jibreel to his selected persons (prophets). And they teach messages to their nations. Allah didn't do unjust even while selecting a person to be a prophet. Because those people are very good in their personality and beliefs. Best example is prophet Ibrahim (pbuh) (Abraham), He was opposed to idol worship and other bad habits in his community and he was also a good mannered man before Allah choosing him. 

“And, indeed We have sent Messengers before you (O Muhammad(P)); of some of them We have related to you their story and of some We have not related to you their story, and it was not given to any Messenger that he should bring a sign except by the Leave of Allah. So, when comes the Commandment of Allah, the matter will be decided with truth, and the followers of falsehood will then be lost.”  (Qurann 40:78)

“And for every Ummah (a community or a nation), there is a Messenger; when their Messenger comes, the matter will be judged between them with justice, and they will not be wronged. “(Quran 10:47)

“And verily, We have sent among every Ummah (community, nation) a Messenger (proclaiming): "Worship Allah (Alone), and avoid (or keep away from) Taghut (all false deities, etc. i.e., do not worship Taghut besides Allah)...” (Quran 16:36) 

We can see in most of religions there were prophets or avatars. Even in Hinduism. All of their main message is to worship God(Allah in Arabic) alone and avoid false gods and do good deeds. We can see this same message in various religious scriptures, Few examples are here,

In Hindu Scriptures: 

Messengers have been sent to all communities among mankind. The Qur’an makes it so explicitly clear as to leave behind not a shadow of a doubt, that “there has not gone by a single nation wherein a warner was not sent.” (35:24) Therefore, as an ancient land in which had thrived a civilization and culture, India, too, must have had been the destination of the messengers. Further, some among those messengers must have been the recipients of scriptures also. It is not for the Muslim to take any of these messengers or their scriptures lightly or with indifference. For the Qur’an has sternly warned against showing partiality with respect to the messengers (4:150). The Qur’an therefore reveres the messengers who had come to India, as also the scriptures which were revealed to them.

But can it be said that any of the existing books on the Shruthi (the vedic compilations, Brahmanas, Aaranyas, Upanishads) has been revealed to the messengers by the Lord Creator? It is believed that these have been referred to as Shruthi (means heard off) because they had been heard of from God Himself. The concept of Shruthi makes it clear that it was also the belief of the Hindus that mankind does, indeed, receive messengers (Rishi) from God. Even though all the above mentioned books are all Shruthis in themselves

"Those whose intelligence has been stolen by material desires surrender unto demigods and follow the particular rules and regulations of worship according to their own natures." (Bhagavad Gita 7:20)

"He is One only without a second." (Chandogya Upanishad 6:2:1)

"Of Him there are neither parents nor lord." (Svetasvatara Upanishad 6:9)

"There is no likeness of Him." (Svetasvatara Upanishad 4:19)

"His form is not to be seen; no one sees Him with the eye." (Svetasvatara Upanishad 4:20)

"There is no image of Him." (Yajurveda 32:3)

"He is bodyless and pure." (Yajurveda 40:8)

"They enter darkness, those who worship the natural elements" (Air, Water, Fire, etc.). "They sink deeper in darkness, those who worship created things (idols)." (Yajurveda 40:9)

"Sages (learned Priests) call one God by many names." (Rigveda 1:164:46)

"There is no image of Him." (Yajurveda 32:3)

"O friends, do not worship anybody but Him, the Divine One. Praise Him alone." (Rigveda 8:1:1)

There are also many verses remaining.. But I would like to make this post short.

In Christian Bible:

Why do you call me good?’ Jesus answered. ‘No one is good – except God alone.’” (Luke 18:18-19 – NIV)

Jesus answered, ‘It is written: “Worship the Lord your God and serve him only." (Luke 4:5-8 – NIV)

“The most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.” (Mark 12:29-31 NIV)

“I am returning to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.'” (John 20:17)

In Jewish Scriptures:

“Hear O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one” (Deuteronomy 6:4)

And in most of world religions there is the story of Adam (as) and Noah (as).There may be some differences due to corruptions made by people through centuries. But Allah sent more messengers to those nations but some people are again corrected those messages for their worldly gains. If Allah wills he can protect those Scriptures but he didn't. Because those messages are for a particular time period. Because Humans are developing through centuries, So there should be new law and updated messages. And the final message was send to Muhammad (pbuh), That is Quran. That is for the people all over the world until the day of judgement. So Allah said, there is no contradictions in the Quran because it is from Allah and He will protect it from corruptions. And theses are proved scientifically and historically. How can we know that the messengers or prophets and the scriptures are from God?

This is an important question because there have been many false prophets who claimed to be from God and many religions that are considered by their followers true religions. God sent His messengers and prophets and supported them with miracles to distinguish them from false prophets. Some sceptic minds may think miracle are unscientific, Yes we know that is unscientific, that is why we call it miracles. Because that is the power of god, even science didn't give exact definition for life or soul or our consciousness. So the miracles are for example, God saved Noah and his followers from the flood by the Ark. He the Almighty made the fire cool and peaceful when the infidels threw the prophet Abraham into it. Prophet Moses was supported by many miracles such as his stick that turned to a huge real snake by the will of God. Prophet Jesus brought some dead back to life by the will of God. Finally, the prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and upon all prophets, was supported by the Holly Qur'an the everlasting miracle for all mankind until the Day of Judgment. The most important message that confirmed the truthfulness of all prophets and messengers was the Oneness of Lordship and the Oneness of worship which they conveyed to their people. The Oneness of Lordship means that God is the only Lord for the universe and all creatures and the Oneness of worship means that God is the only One Who has the right to be worshiped. Since the most important message brought by the true prophets and messengers was one, their religion was one too but with different law that fulfill the need of every nation.

“They are not but [mere] names you have named them - you and your forefathers - for which God has sent down no authority. They follow not except assumption and what [their] souls desire, and there has already come to them from their Lord guidance.”(53:23)

“O people, an example is presented, so listen to it. Indeed, those you invoke besides Allāh will never create [as much as] a fly, even if they gathered together for it [i.e., that purpose]. And if the fly should steal from them a [tiny] thing, they could not recover it from him. Weak are the pursuer and pursued.” (Quran 22:73)

However, the common concept of other religions with regards to God is that specific men are god or God has partners. Believing in false gods is against logic and those who believe in them have no reason to prove the truth. They follow after their parents or tribes blindly even when they see clear signs. But those who build beliefs according to logic and reason reject false gods once they see the signs. For example, while a young man was prostrating to an idol claimed to be his god, a dog walked into the temple and passed urine on the idol. He was angry toward the dog at the beginning but after that he realized that the idol could not be the lord of the universe.

What is the religion of prophets and messengers that they conveyed to their people?

We believe that Torah was word of God, We believe that Injil (Gospel) was the word of god, and there other scriptures like Vedas may be from God. But the fact is that, Most of the parts of those scriptures was changed and made contradictions by some people after the time of those prophets.

“And in their footsteps, We sent ‘Isa, son of Maryam (Jesus son of Mary) , confirming the Torah that had come before him, and We gave him the Injil, in which was guidance and light and confirmation of the Tawrat that had come before it, a guidance and an admonition for Al-Muttaqoon (the pious).”(Quran 5:46)

“Do you (faithful believers) covet that they will belive in your religion in spite of the fact that a party of them (Jewish rabbis) used to hear the Word of Allaah (Torah), then they used to change it knowingly after they understood it?” (Quran 2:75)

The definition of religion is 'the belief in and worship of a superhuman controlling power'. God only send one religion from Adam (as) to the final messenger Muhammed ﷺ. That is worshiping god alone and doing good deeds for the sake of the god. Simply: total submission to God in all aspects of life with no objection. We call it in Arabic - Islam (submission to the will of God). So Islam is the true religion of prophets and messengers. The Quran states:

“Say (O Muhammad the Prophet of Islam) my prayer, my sacrifice, my living and my dying are for God, the Lord of mankind, jinn and all that exists.” (Quran 6: 162)

Islam was not named after a person like Christianity, which was named after Jesus Christ, Buddhism after buddah, nor was it named after a tribe like Judaism after the tribe of Judah and Hinduism after the Hindus. Islam is the universal religion for all mankind from Adam until the Day of Judgment. All Prophets of God came to call people to Islam (to submit to God who created them). The prophet Muhammad peace be upon him said ((The prophets are brothers and their religion is one)). Also all Prophets admitted that they are Muslims because they had full submission to God. The Qura’n stressed the Prophets' submission to God in many places such as:

“And Abraham instructed his sons [to do the same] and [so did] Jacob, [saying], "O my sons, indeed Allah has chosen for you this religion, so do not die except while you are Muslims (follower of monotheism)." Or were you witnesses when death approached Jacob, when he said to his sons, "What will you worship after me?" They said, "We will worship your God and the God of your fathers, Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac - one God.1 And we are Muslims [in submission] to Him." (Quran 2:132-133)

“But when Jesus felt [persistence in] disbelief from them, he said, "Who are my supporters for [the cause of] Allah?" The disciples said, "We are supporters for Allah. We have believed in Allah and testify that we are Muslims [submitting to Him].” (Quran 3:52)

Therefore, Islam is not a new religion brought by Muhammad peace be upon him to Arabs only; rather it is the true religion of God for all mankind from Adam until the end of this world re- expressed in its final form through the message of the Qura’n and the Prophethood of Muhammad peace be upon him. The following are some verses that confirm the universality of Islam and prophet Muhammad peace be upon him:

“Indeed, the religion in the sight of Allah is Islam (Submission). And those who were given the Scripture did not differ except after knowledge had come to them - out of jealous animosity between themselves. And whoever disbelieves in the verses of Allah, then indeed, Allah is swift in [taking] account.” (Quran 3:19)

“And We have not sent you except comprehensively1 to mankind as a bringer of good tidings and a warner. But most of the people do not know.” (Quran 34:28)

Who created Allah (God)? 

My dear brothers and sisters, Islam is the fastest-growing religion in the world, Even there are many people spreading lies about Islam. Why? Because those new Muslims are done their research in Islam through Quran and Sunnah. If you have any doubt about God, then you have to read the final revelation from him. So If you want to know the truth, You must research in straight way instead of searching in internet. There are many Anti Islamic sites in internet. So if you want to know about Islam, then you have to  read and understand the Quran with open heart. It is just a small scripture with big message. 

The wish is up to you whether you want to know the truth or not. But remember that: We only live here for few years. After that, when Allah brings us all together, we must be able to justify ourselves in front of our creator.
